From 14 till 17 October London-England hosts thousands of alter-globalists: the activists and members of progressive groups, trade unions, women’s organizations and all of those who strive for a better world, for another world. The third edition of the European Social Forum (ESF) is the meeting point of social movements to meet and discuss their strategies and to build and strength solidarity.
For the second time the European and North American WomenAction (ENAWA) has gathered a feminist media team - women from Eastern Europe and the EU, to cover the event. Reports, views and news from the ESF in London will be daily available on the web sites www.penelopes.org and www.enawa.org. A daily mailing list will also bring the news to e-mail boxes. Besides the instant briefing of the event, the ENAWA news will become available in the first edition of a new international feminist magazine, Digit@ll Future. The first issue of this quarterly international feminist magazine will be published in December 2004 in English and French.
