Inge Ruys MBA (46) has been appointed to the position of interim-director of the IIAV, as of 10 February 2004.

Ruys was founder and director of Keerpunt, an organisation of insurers that offers assistance to employers and employees in limiting unnecessary absenteeism due to sickness. For the past three years, she has been an independent consultant and project manager. During the past year and a half, Ruys has worked on a contract basis with the IIAV on a number of assignments.

Ruys will fulfil the role of interim-director until 1 November 2004. She succeeds director Joke Blom who died suddenly on 26 January.
